My Goals for 2013

I know you've heard and I've said before, how you are more likely to accomplish your goals if you write them down.  Writing them down and also planning how you will accomplish them will help you be more likely to actually achieve them.  So here it goes.....

My goals for 2013

Family- I want to spend more quality time with each of my kids, even when I am busy...I always want to make them come first the best that I can.  (I need to work on planning my time better, because I work from home sometimes makes it hard, planning out a schedule of blog time/facebook time, lesson plan time, etc would be helpful).  I want to make sure we hold Family Home Evening once a week teaching my kids valuable lessons in our faith, values and fun family time together. I want to have more date nights with my husband and go to the Temple once a month.

I also want to keep my house more organized and clean and keep it that way most of the time.  A clean house is a less chaotic house.  I need to get more organized!!

Spiritually- I want to be better at having my own personal scripture study and personal prayers daily and also as a family.  I want to do the best I can at teaching the Young Women in our ward and fulfilling my church callings. You can read more about my faith Here and Here.

Financially- I want to get better at saving money and work to get out of debt. I want to keep specific track of our spending each month and try to always think "do we need that or do we want that' before making a purchase.

Fitness- I want to lose 15 lbs and get very toned.  I want to feel the best I've ever felt.  I want to follow my Clean eating diet plan really well and continue to exercise regularly following Les Mills Pump & Les Mills Combat and Half Marthon Training.  I want to complete a Half Marathon this year.  I will do one in April!!!
I want to Pass my certification for Peronal Training and Fitness Nutrition in May and finally be certified!! I want to help others get healthy and feel better about themselves!

*To keep me on track with my fitness and also to help others I am sponsoring the 100 day challenge on my Facebook page. We started January 1st and we go until April 10th. *I am also a part of the Weight loss challenge on Shrinking Jeans.  I partnered up with my sister in law and I'm excited about it!
