Do Each set of exercises for 1 minute Each alternating between the two

5 Lunges
5 Puhsups
rest 30 seconds

5 dips
5 sumo squats
rest 30 seconds

5 millitary press w/ DB
5 box jumps
rest 30 seconds

Repeat 2 more times
