JOIN MONTHLY CHALLENGE!

A new challenge will start the first Monday of every month! A challenge to simply make healthier habits and exercise!
Follow my Clean Eating Guidelines and 7 Simple Steps to Fat Loss. Every challenger that registers will be emailed a copy of the food list and nutrition guidelines so you can print them out.

For 30 days
1) Do the Fit Mama HIIT workout of the day Monday-Friday. If you have an off day take a brisk walk or jog. Get at least 2 rest days per week.
2) Be accountable by posting your times on the workouts, participating and encouraging each other.
3) Start implementing better eating habits as provided in the tips and guidelines emailed to you once you sign up.
4) Optional- Drink 1 Bio-trust Low Carb Shake a Day OR Drink 1 Shakeology per day. These can help supplement a good diet if you are in need of supplementation and more vitamins and minerals. But is not required to participate in the challenge.

During the challenge if you do the Fit Mama HIIT that is posted here everyday for exercise and start implementing better eating habits you WILL get results!! The guidelines are sweet & simple, AND you will be healthier and happier! I will provide Nutrition tips, the workouts and motivation the whole way!
If you need to start eating clean in baby steps there will be a new healthy habit every week for you to focus on.
You will get out of it what you put into it!! Invite a friend so you can do it together!
This is not a quick fix Scheme or grueling Diet! We will focus on implementing Healthier habits and exercise for Life Long success!!

What to do Now:

*Take Before photos: front, side and back in workout clothes or sports bra and shorts. Something that you will be able to see any changes easily. But, please keep it as classy as possible. You don't have to share them if you don't want to. But, you will definitly want them for yourself. It's the best way to see progress. Take Measurments too!
*Start implementing Cleaner Eating by the weekly tips I provide. Once you fill out the form you will be receiving the Healthier Food List and Nutrition tips to the email you provided.
*Do the Fit Mama HIIT (workout of the day) available Monday-Friday here on the blog. You can follow up with a run, do the HIIT's after your normal Strength training session or Just do the HIIT's, they are effective! Your Choice. If you are local I am available to train you in person. Message me for info.
*After 30 days take an after photo and measurments and send the Before and Afters to me along with your comments of the progress you made. I will give you details on this when the time comes.

*All challengers who send a before and after picture and measurements, participate and post their times on workouts of the day will be eligible to be the winner to receive a $50+ Perfectly Posh Pampering prize basket! What could be better than pampering yourself for all your hard work!! Pampering yourself and taking care of your body makes you feel good!! You deserve to love your body!! What do you have to lose? Probably some pounds ;) But, you will gain a whole lot more in Health & Happiness! Everybody who finishes will be a Winner!
