Do each movement for 1 minute
*Jumping lunges (modify with alternating lunges)
*Hold a plank
*Bicep curls with DB or resistance band
*Pulse Squats
*Mountain climbers
*Rest 1 minute and repeat for 3 rounds total.
Then, run for 200 Meters (about 2 blocks and back)
